Binding Arbitration

Typographical Errors

If a plan or price is listed incorrectly due to a typographical error, SHIFT LLC may refuse or cancel any purchase made at the incorrect price. If your payment method was already charged, a credit will be issued immediately.

Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Courts of competent jurisdiction may enforce injunctive relief for breaches. The Company operates from Armenia.
